I went to Supreme Kakes at the very last minute to order not one but 3 cakes. They were very accommodating and the cakes were delivered on time the day of my wedding, even with short notice. The cakes were AMAZING!!!!! And HUGE. ( i saw a review where a lady didn't get what she wanted, that was not my case at all and im shocked that was her experience because everything was perfect from consultation to execution for me) I just called them a year later to order my complimentary cake and again they were very accommodating. I'd use them again if ever i need a cake. In fact my sister ordered her birthday cake from her last year a month after my wedding. The cake was good, the service was good and the overall experience was everything a person would want in a bakery.
Its funny how stupid they think I am. In the pictures it shows the cake I order but not in the size quality. I went to pick it up in the morning and was shock to see the size of the cake. I talked to them about being too small and it was nothing to a sample cake they showed me. They offered to give cupcakes but if I wanted cupcakes I would order some. Then it came to talk to the owner and she said she was going to change the bottom to a 11 inch cake and I agreed to come back later to get it. Its funny that there were possible customers to get cakes and they told me what I wanted to hear but they just did it to show off and present supposedly great costumer service. So at 3:40pm I went to pick it up and to my surprise it was the same cake . They think as costumers we are dumb because they change some stuff. The cardboard was different and taller also they just added glitter. I paid $202 for this cake and also had no decoration. Also in the picture I measure the 2 tiers and didnt come to what they said there cakes measure. I order trusting them they would give me great quality but instead they ripped me off and made me waste gas to get the same cake. I would surely not recommend this place ever to anyone because if they did it to me they might be doing it to you. Also thanks for messing up a birthday with a small cake and false advertisement .
I regularly order cakes from here for families in houston. There is hardly any left over and everyone get to ask who did the cake. Service is very professional and they take great care. Its most advanced place to get good cake than grocery stores the quality is not comparable to any! pretty supreme!. If you need quality and good price this is place to go my family loves it and I get to smile when they complementing Josh and team.
I had an amazing experience with Supreme Kakes. The cakes we ordered on our wedding day were EXACTLY how we pictured. I even requested a tier of rose gold glitter/sprinkles and the color came out so perfect! Customer service was great, I got a text before my wedding to confirm my order. I even asked quite a few questions I forgot to ask prior and Lucas answered all my questions so quickly! I would definitely recommend! And the prices are extremely affordable, especially compared to other cake vendors.
