Pretty clean and had no wait for a lane. Only thing was the bar was really really slow and had no order of who was served next. I was waiting then a group of different color came up and was instantly served. So we just finished the game and left. Which if bar service was better would have stayed a couple more games.
I have been here 4 times and after this last time of just the plain MIA WAITRESSES who never arrive with the food or drinks you order well into your last game. Seriously the service is so bad I even contacted corporate. I never heard back from either. Leaving this my only thought leaving: "is poor customer service just part of their charm?" After 4 visits I can say it is.
Great fun and very up beat place fun bowling and cool atmosphere for a date! The pricing is above modest! Not for cheap dates unless sharing tab. But great place to hang and have fun!
First off, If you go do it on a Tuesday after 8 the best servers work that day I'm a regular Iand I hate to give a 3 . But I went with my family this morning to bowl and had the worst server ever she needs to be fired. First, of all she has a stank attitude she didn't look like she wanted to work and didn't care to check on us. I've never had this problem and when I go it's more busy than it was today whoever hired her needs to not be allowed to hire again! Marc ended up bring my food out while I have no clue where my server was she didn't want to open a tab with me she wanted me to used the tablet . I cant remember her name but she had a weird mouth if she is there when I go back I will ask for another server. But overall the bowling alley is great restrooms were clean my kids loved the arcade.
Pricey food, but a great place to bowl. The prices for food is a little high but its good food. I tend to eat a lot, so I guess the portion sizes did please me for the price I paid. Plus, the service is not always the best. If you are there to bowl only you should be okay. I mainly go there to bowl because of the good music that they tend to play good songs ! Also, If you are a first time bowler I recommend to go on a Monday after 8 pm since its 15 or 16 something to bowl unlimited and it includes shoes. Its part of their Monday special !
