Called today to inform management that an item from my vehicle went missing after using the valet service. The manager was genuinely concerned, helpful and offered what I thought was an appropriate response. The business is clean, organized and well-run with plenty of action and opportunity to make the hourly rate justified. Nice bar and atmosphere. Friendly staff with armed security made the place complete for a great experience.
Prime Social is currently the best spot to play in Houston. It has the nicest atmosphere, most tables going, best action, and professional staff. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy poker.
My first time here and the experience was great. The bartenders and wait staff exceeded expectations. I felt safe and secure while playing a game that I love. I will be back very soon.
Really nice poker club ! everything a poker player could ever ask for but the $16 per hour seat rental is really high and makes the games hard to beat in the long run. $10 would be more reasonable.
Until I found this place, it was my understanding that there was only 1 poker club in Houston. Then I ended up moving to an apartment off Westheimer and found this little gem of a place. First of all, it was very eye catching and hard to miss. There is plenty of parking when you first pull up, and valet is available as well. Everyone makes you feel welcome, great vibes, great service. The floor boss, dealers, player attendants are very fast and efficient. They have a full service bar and kitchen so they do serve food as well. I have not tried the food yet, but I plan on it soon. Very organized and clean. The only complaint may be that it is quite chilly in there so plan on bringing a pullover or something.
