What a great gym it's got all the equipment that you need and you can't beat the price it's awesome it is family oriented has got a great staff
Ive been a member of houston gym for years now and always loved the atmosphere. A few months ago I brought my friend to join me and she ended up joining and training with Justin Nelson. I join them some of the days they train and hes so amazing. Ive gotten so many compliments on my body since. He knows what hes doing and hes super good at understanding everyones individual goals and creating specialized work outs to meet them. 10/10 for Justin.
Just recently signed up, the staff was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. I had my first training workout this morning and I can't wait to go back and get into a routine at this gym!
Houston Gym has an excellent variety of weights, accessories, machines AND classes. Really like the ladies room amenities too. Ask for Big Jon...he is the bomb!!!
