I was in your store over the weekend 01/12/19. I prefer to shop here because I live in the neighborhood and I can find things quickly. I was picking up parts in the plumbing section. A man had politely asked for assistance. The salesperson obliged and the gentleman turned and headed to the register. The salesperson walked back in the same isle and flipped the guy off with his middle finger. The customer did not see it but I did. I gotta tell you I cant condone this behavior. If the salesperson is so unhappy about his work he should quit. If I see it again I will Ill record it and post to social media.
Southland Hardware store...I give it 5 stars because this store has dang near any and everything you might want to ever need as hardware goes. The prices are about in line with the big box stores but you get personal service. The employees are very interested in helping you and they have the best management in the industry, well it seems like they do. If you need it they probably have it and if not they'll order it, if you ask nicely...lol...
We love having Southland Hardware as our go-to neighborhood spot to find the things we need for projects around the house. Their variety of inventory is incredible considering its a small, traditional store vs. a huge box store. If youre in the area and need a few things, you should definitely give them a try.
Unique hardware store in Montrose. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because the people that work there have terrible people skills. They are very knowledgeable and can solve hardware problems, but they treat their customers like garbage. If it wasn't for the customers that frequent your establishment, none of you would be employed. I wish the staff matched the quality of the merchandise. Because of your staff's lack of professionalism, I'm not surprised your slogan is "The Store that has ALMOST Everything!" The one thing you lack is courteous, professional staff.
Old fashioned hardware store. Lots of items packed into a small place but found everything I needed.
