I contacted Kenneth for insurance needs and was up front with my requirements from the beginning. After wasting my time waiting for his options and me not going for his upsell on my policy, Mr. Kenneth replied as follows "If you want the cheap and easy, you have to get it from another agent. I can't sell it to you. It's not worth it to me." I am sorry but Mr. Kenneth R. Henry will never get a dime of my business. I am rating 2 two stars only because I am in a good mood today.
