After trying to make an online purchase the web cite went down so I decided to go to the woodlands location to purchase a pair of ear rings. They did not have them so the sales person called the premium outlet store in which she had the store to hold the product for me .She was treated very poorly over the phone ,the outlet store sales person said they were to busy to look for the ear rings after saying several times a customer is trying to come and purchase the product.The sales person did agree to hold the product for me. I went to the store and found that the ear rings were higher than the online so I was attempting to place the order in the store on my phone.The sales lady told me I had to leave because although it has the same name ,the stores are not the same.I went outside and made my online purchase then I returned to purchase a different pair of ear rings.as I was attempting to pay ,the sales lady ask me for my drivers licence ,which I gave it to her.Now while I was attempting to fill out a card to be on their mailing list.She steps over and ask me if I was using the same two names that are on this licence .I replied, excuse me ,What are you saying,wait what? She begans to explain that she was just checking.I got my licence back and told her that was okay.I called the 1-800 number reported this to the corporate office.I received a phone call the next day from the manager of the store.He said he would send me the ear rings at no cost to me.He said let me find the earrings that you were about to purchase I will call you in a few minutes.He called back ,every thing change because it went from no cost ,to give me you credit card number and we will send them at no postal cost .He agreed that it was wrong for the sale person to ask me for my licence and he could understand why I was asked to leave the store to make an on line PURCHASE. GUESS I WAS NOT WORTH KEEPING as a customer.I will never purchase from this place company again.
I went there at 7:30pm to return an item for wrong size. The girl works there is not helpful at all. Lack of knowledge, she can not tell the differences between invoice No. and order No.. She did not take my return by first blaming the system then blaming my purchase is on Sale. I have to drive 1hour to another store to return it. This is my seventh Swaroski and will be the last one.By the way if you do not take values of your "on sale" items, then do not sale it.

The gentlemen working in the store yesterday evening were incredibly attentive and helpful despite being busy with lots of other customers in their store. After not having the same experience in many other stores, they were a breath of fresh air. The store is absolutely lovely and well maintained. Well done.
I have been a very loyal customer here since the day it was open :-)! I always enjoyed the crystals and go freak shopping there once you walk in that door because you would see all these beautiful unique creation of crystals and Jewelry I love their jewelry it is so gorgeous it always catches your eyes :-)! I always enjoy working with this one particular employee and he's the only gentleman that works there he is so super friendly and sincere and so appreciative :-)! I love joining their membership because you get to attend some of their events that they would notify you what is going on with special discounts and special pieces to collect on the crystals figurines and they give away prizes and wonderful food that I always enjoy :-)! I also enjoyed the magazines they send me and they would give you a crystal just for doing the membership and a wonderful magazine to look at what to come upcoming events and sales and creating a new Crystal figurines :-)! I just love shopping here and collecting crystals figurines and wearing the jewelries it is so gorgeous :-)! I hope that you all enjoy shopping at the Galleria Mall to this place because I've been to other ones of this company the best one I enjoy going to is the one at the Galleria Mall Swarovski to me they are more specialize in customer service and have more knowledge:-)! I just love the way they display everything that they could sell and I can just tell you just looking at the jewelries to me make your eyes pop which I also mean makes your eyes wide open with excitement and desire so go have fun and go crazy shopping :-)!
