Best place in the loop for your laundry needs. The owner goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are well taken care of. Cant imagine taking my clothes anywhere else!
So I will never come here again. The lady that works there took my clothes out of the dryer even with them still damp. I have a little 7 month old baby and I live 2 minutes away so I drive back and forth and occasionally walk depending on him. He was napping in his carseat so I left my car on just to gi get my laundry to find it spread out in the laundry mat and still damp. I don't like strangers touching my belonging and not knowing who is touching them and them leaving them around just for anyone to get.
This is a quaint little shop. It's nice. And so are the folks who work here. Most laundromats I've visited are either so expansive and pristine that I feel like I'm in a garment factory, or they're in such disrepair that I feel like however much I wash my clothes, they'll never get clean. Graustark is neither. Graustark feels homey.
Hey, can you not stare down customers who park in your parking spaces for two minutes to set their stuff down? No way to run a business. Bye.
