They don't even deserve 1 star.They swich lawyers.They don't return your call.They LAUGH at you when you go to trial because out of a release cheak of almost 10,000 I gat Nothing.Stop taking my calls idmediatlly.They left me with more MENTAL ANGUISH, Dissappointment and No money . Yes I did say No MONEY after a 2 day trial while burring my Mother. Don't go their you don't know who to trust.
This has honestly been the worst experience I have ever had with a law firm. My case is 3 years old and every other time I call they cant find my case. I have literally never received a real update on 3 years. I called them for two weeks several times a day and my lawyer never I repeat not one time returned my call. I decided to go up the at 8 one day they schedule an appointment with me for 3 that day literally 30 min before my apt I get a call that my lawyer was just in a accident the timing was so perfect for him. They said they would call back the next day and schedule an appointment the never did. Another time I called an spoke with someone who was so rude, unprofessional and disrespectful I had to step back and ask her to please calm down. She then told me to email her my questions but gave me a fake email. I am up here now determined to just find out the status of my case I am not leaving untilI speak with someone and Im not falling for the be just had an accident again. Honestly guys dont waste your time with this firm. Get a lawyer who you dont have to chase who actually wants to represent you because at this point 3 years later Im begging them just for an update. Stay away from Despit. FYI Im here now still waiting no one case come to speak to me yet Ill keep you updated 1/16/19 I just called it appears now I have an new lawyer at their firm. No one notified me found out when I called. I have currently called him 8 times and left an message every time still no call back. I am still waiting in a 3 year old case update. The only way I was even able to speak to my attorney last time is because I went up there twice and refused to leave. Im currently still in pain and waiting on my lawyer to tell my doctor I can receive service and they refuse to call me back. You should not have to be treated this way by your lawyer. Who wants to beg their attorneys to just communicate with them. Im so tired of this I will call back today. I usually call 4 times a day funny how I still can never catch him. I will continue to share this experience
Very friendly and helpful but lawyer didn't realize my case couldn't be handled till way late. Surgery was set up to take care of me. Case got dropped so no surgery and I'm back to square one in a lot of pain. I'd say if you try them make sure your lawyer investigates everything and can handle your case so time isn't wasted.
It took awhile but it was definitely worth the wait ! Glad I used them !
