Its no wonder why the IRS gets such a bad rep. Looks like they hire bottom of the barrel people from that have nothing else to offer . Over an hour and a half wait with 3 people waiting . The reason they say is LEE having power surges and have to reset the system . Well guess what. I had watched these morons walk out in groups going outside to smoke and gossip for a half hour !!!!!What a joke
My appointment was for one o clock and didn't get out until 2:30. It annoyed me a little, especially when my number was the next to come up and the people who had the number right before mine left. I waited another twenty minutes before my number came up. The employees were nice though, it's just the waiting for an hour and a half.
