I got a 2014 Toyota Camry L dr car. But, the dealer didn't give me a remote key. I was searching online and found this locksmith and requested for a remote key. Stephen Anderson is the person who came to my place and check my car and told remote key is not possible and he also told me that, as he came to my place i should definitely get at least normal key for which he charged me 140.71$. Later when i inquired, if we are getting the same key in Fiesta, they charge 100$. I still have a copy of the bill with me.And the worst part is, I can get a remote key for my car. I believed this locksmith and was in the impression that I cannot get a remote key and was feeling very bad. The dealer was ready to reimburse the the amount that i would be spending for getting a remote key. Now because of this locksmith, I will have to spend money for getting a remote key :(PLEASE DON't TRUST this locksmith, i suggest you to inquire with other locksmiths as well before going to them. I and not given a chance to post this with 0 stars, so giving 1 star.
Stephen completed a job within 10 minutes, that a well known locksmith company, couldn't complete in about two hours. Stephen came over the same day the other company did, he had the right key for my daughters car (there are two types of keys for her car, we had no idea). The other company didn't have the right key, to program to her vehicle, it only worked two starts then wouldn't after that. I will say, at least the wrong key was tried more than two times, otherwise, her and her kids would've been stranded. Note to self, if you get a key programmed for your car, make sure you try to start it several times before the locksmith leaves. In all, 1960 locksmith came to the rescue and sent over a real nice guy..

I locked my keys in my car, the technicians came and opened up my car in 5 minutes. They knew exactly what they were doing and were fair on price. Will definitely use again
(This is in response to my previous review) Not sure if the owner is the one commenting on my review but I wanted to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and was hopeful so i decided to go to your shop when you told me to stop by but to my surprise no one was there and the door was locked, I even knocked and no one came to the door. I don't appreciate that you guys are saying that you gave me a FREE key when my original key was not where I left it for them originally. So the only reason I got a key was because they lost it when they left my car torn apart. If you really want to compensate me then you can give me a time to go to your shop and I will be there, I will try to go again and see if you are there and then I will really see that you guys care enough to make things right. I'm sorry if its so harsh but its the truth, you guys did nothing but take my money and nothing was fixed on my car and on top of that put my car back together incorrectly.
