House keys were stolen including the mailbox key. I made call to these guys to replace my locks and they came out quick. Got the job in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend!
Mike arrived promptly on a Friday evening... despite traffic and the hour. He promptly provided access and for a reasonable fee solved our problem completely and quickly!
I originally gave 5 stars because I was told that if I gave a 5 star review, I would pay $55 instead of $65. Checking my bank statement and I was charged the full $65 so here is my real review...the locksmith took much longer than quoted to get to me. I had to call a few times to find out where he was and ended up staying on the phone with giving him directions until he arrived. Once he arrived, he was able to get my truck door opened pretty quickly and was a nice guy. But the price of $65 for a 5-10 min job is too much in my opinion. And the wait was too long.
Mike did an excellent job re-keying several locks on my new home. Additionally he swapped out smart locks on ground level which I didnt even know about. Professional, prompt and fast!
They were quick to call and set up an appointment and showed up quickly and on time. He allowed us to wait in the car as it was cold outside and was able to open it without too much damage. Very helpful and good customer service!
