We hired the Bellaire CertaPro franchise to paint our four story stucco home, and it was an exceptional disaster. The first crew was not prepared to work on a home like ours. Without permission they drilled scaffolding into our house, they rarely communicated interior access needs or a schedule ahead of time, and they often left ladders chained to our gates or tied to our house overnight/over weekends. The second crew was better, but the job in total took nearly a month and a half (a month longer than wed been quoted). At the end of it all the business owner filed a mechanics lien on our property AFTER wed paid him (information he apparently didnt provide his attorney in order to file the lien). In the midst of it he made a donation to a charity in our name not only strange, but costly behavior. We absolutely cannot recommend this particular CertaPro franchise, all we can do is spare anyone else the cost, time, and trouble.
