We parked there on Friday afternoon because of the reviews. $14 for a few hours. It's a good walk to the pier, but we love to walk. Very close to Little Italy with tons of restaurants to choose from after your walk back from the Pier.
I am in absolute disbelief at the supervisor Alexis in this garage. I understand there was a concert, but I unfortunately decided to meet my ex husband in this garage to exchange our 2 children per custody reasons. This woman not only dropped the f bomb in the FIRST SENTENCE SHE SPOKE TO ME in front of my children, but called security to say I wouldnt leave the garage. Upon leaving, the poor lady almost crashed her golf cart to get next to me to tell at me get out of my vehicle to pay cash. She directed me to the exact spot I was at. If this is the kind of supervisors the Hilton has running around you guarantee I will no longer stay at this location. I can take my rewards elsewhere. I wasnt even finished getting my children in their fathers car when this disgusting lady cussed at us. See a doctor for your stress levels woman. Something is wrong.
The negative aspect of dinning at pappasitos is finding parking. Parking was overpriced due to an event at discovery green. This location should consider a discount price or parking validation. Trying to valet at the Hilton is not an option if you are not staying at the hotel.
