My go to for exotics. Staff are excellent. Animals are healthy. Staff are very informative on buying your first pet. I get hugs when I walk in the door. This place helped me overcome my fear of frogs. The sweetest dwarf caiman you can ever encounter was bought from Penny and Suzette. I just love the lizard selection.
This place is awesome! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new Bestfriend or even just to look at all the cool animals (they have a ton of animals to choose from). I personally went there for my baby hedgehog and the staff was super knowledgeable and super helpful with anything I asked about. They told me how to care for him and everything I should expect with this pet. They have AWESOME prices on animals compared to other pet stores in the area and all their cages and setups are excellently priced. Would 100% recommend to any animal lover! Great place if your looking for a specialty per like a hedgehog. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable let our granddaughter handle and play with the hedgehog to see if she would have a reaction, she is highly allergic. She was fine and loved the animal. So, she got her first pet from here, the hedgehog. We will be back, cause now the wife wants a hedgehog also. It is a great place.
I order reptiles on line very often. This can result in mixed results when buying reptiles. I recently ordered my first reptiles from S and S. I can say that they are one of the best vendors I have ever ordered from. It starts with customer service and Harrison, Suzette, and Pennie were the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have ever dealt with. They made sure I received a great product and provided follow up help when I needed it. I will order from them again and am glad I found a reputable vendor on line. They are excellent!
The staff here are extremely friendly. Especially Adriana, she walked us through everything we needed to buy our pair of ferrets. We are somewhat knowledgeable about them but she taught us quite a lot more. This store is a treasure trove of goodies for small or exotic animals. I even had an issue one one of the products I purchased and they were very helpful in exchanging and making sure we were good to go. I would recommend this store to anyone whos just browsing or someone whos looking for a specific type of small animals since they have a HUGE selection of anything you could want.
