My prescriptions were transferred to this location after the Old Spanish Trail Store closed. The difference in reliable service is like night and day. Wait times are much longer at the Kirby store. I am currently looking for another pharmacy.
I switched to this pharmacy a few months ago after the Kroger on Cambridge closed. I always had good experiences with the Cambridge Kroger pharmacy but have been extremely disappointed since the switch. Automatic refills no longer work, manually requested refills are slow (as are new prescriptions), text notifications are unreliable. However, the worst has been trying to get a new prescription transferred--I've been every day for the last four days, asking for the prescription to be transferred and being promised each time "it will be here tomorrow"--only to be told the following day that the paper slip was lost and no call was placed. I loved the old Kroger pharmacy but there are definitely better pharmacies than this one in the neighborhood.
Probably the best pharmacy in the area. Enough staffing, I've only had to wait once...and they gave me a $15 gift certificate. It was when they first opened but still, that is excellent customer service.
