I chose redfin when looking to purchase my home, I was dealing with a person named Kellie Hampton after she requested all my personal information stating she was going to get with lenders, weeks later I found out my personal information was stolen by her, she got numerous apartments in my name fraudulently . I have contacted Redfin but all they say is they are going to investigate internally. Looks like after my self and several others have complained they have moved Kellie Hampton to there office in Dallas Tx, but she is still able to practice real estate beware of this company they support con artist. I am pretty sure they will try and have my comments deleted but I am not stoping until everyone is held accountable.
Have been at Redfin for years and have never had any problems and I have never stolen any information anybody says anything different they are lying and making a false statements the person above is just mad they didnt get there way and I had to put them in there place, nobody has to do business with Redfin its a choice and I dont tolerate any non scene

Never EVER... unresponsive, inattentive, horrid listings. Buying a home should be done with experts assisting- Instead, the short-lived experience felt more like a run-in with a rookie Hooter's waitress who didn't realize they serve food there. If no stats were an option, it'd be a zero.
