Very nice Chinese grocery store. When you compare with nearby other Asian markets, youll find this one provides fresher vegetables, fishes, and fruits. And some rare items not typically found elsewhere, in good quality. This review is based on one came from Shanghai/Jiangsu area. People from other regions may have different preferences. Worse customer services ever, never come back!!! We bought a bag of rice yesterday, and we decided to return it today. The receipt clearly stated that items could be returned with receipt within 7 days. But they denied to let us return. We show them their policy listed in the receipt, and they finally agreed to issue refund to us with the rudest attitude.
So on the bright side, this Asian supermarket is generally cheap and has a large selection of snacks, fruit, seafood, and more. But otherwise, this place can be a little dirty like many Asian places. From checking yesterday, Ive found that a large portion of their drinks are expired (often from half a year ago in 2018) but are still on the shelves with new stickers stating a new expiration date. Their popular snacks like Pocky are new, though.
We found tons of interesting Asian items. Allot of stuff we did not understand, could of used more descriptions on the product. But all in all it was fun and we came home with many cool items.
It's 50F today when I came in the store, yet it seemed colder inside than it did outside. They must always have the AC blowing. However, there's a wide array of products this store has so I give it 3 stars.
