Most horrible experience in my entire life all of the employees are miserable very rude with no great customer service it was a very very bad experience the minute that we stepped in we were greeted with an unhappy attitude. The employees just standing around and dont even help . Everybody here seems as if they hated their job I came here to have a good time and have a great day with my daughter and they just completely ruined it the minute I walked in. I was thinking about having my daughters birthday party here but I will not be having her party here after all . Waste of money and time and unless you want to be greeted with an attitude and have everybody Standing around not doing their job then this is the place for you to come and celebrate
Houston FunPlex is a bit dated, but the kids still love it and have a great time. We all went skating as a family and if early on the weekend there is plenty of space. Value packs are a better deal so look at the pricing accordingly.
Love this place. Wow. Haven't been here since I was a kid. And they have turned this place around. My nephew couldn't get enough of all the games & rides. The staff was super friendly & nice. Go there & buy a 2 hour pass. Most fun you will have ever!
Can you bring back the water park and the tanks that you could shoot other tanks from across the street and also rename it back to Fame City? I still have tickets from 25 years ago; will you still honor them? I was saving up for this black-pyramid-alarm clock.
