Brand 3 of different escape rooms we've visited. This was not fun for 6 people because the initial room was very cramped, and there was zero context for clue solving. Won't be visiting again.
We have done many escape games in the past and this would definitely be our worst experience. The staff was very rude, she wasn't showing any interest in our game and in putting context before the game. She even came inside the room to give us a clue which completely destroyed the atmosphere. The different games have no logic altogether and the rooms are badly insulated (we spent one hour hearing people in the room next to us screaming). Would definitely not recommend this place for an escape game as there are many more nice escape rooms in Houston.
Have done both the Wild West room and the Military Bunker now, both were equally challenging and tons of fun!! I like that they do not limit you on hints and were very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a fun night out with friends or a party!
We went last night (Chainsaw Massacre)& it was TERRIBLE. First, the attendant was NOT friendly & rude when giving instructions. She also chastised us for arriving early. I can't state her name, because she never introduced herself (physical description: White with dark red hair). Secondly, they made a mistake when setting up our room and put the wrong lock on the exit key box. They didn't catch the mistake until there was less than 10 minutes remaining. When they realized their mistake, they basically said "oops, our bad" Our experience was ruined, and they didn't even didn't offer to refund or discount the ticket price to make amends. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. There are so many options in Houston, and any of them would be better than this one.
We bought tickets for my Dads birthday and drove all the way across town for the experience. We showed up 15 minutes early like they said but no one was there. We called several times and there wasnt even an option to talk to anyone. We waited for about 40 minutes and no one showed up. We eventually gave up but I suggest that NO ONE goes here.
