TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience. I ordered a book and received a piece of paper in the mail stating that the book was delayed. I NEVER received my book let alone a response from the contact email nor can I reach ANYONE over the phone as their system is automated and does not register the extension. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF and a FRAUD! Do not waste your money!!!!
I would advise to not order from this company. I have placed an order for many books and have not received them. Any attempts to email and call them have no results. Take your money somewhere else, you have been warned...
Like many of you, I would also like to give this company zero stars! I ordered a book 2.5 weeks ago and was told the order was confirmed and I was billed. I have not received my book yet. I have been trying to contact them to find out when to expect my order, but the email addresses and phone numbers are not in service. I think they took me for $93.00 - now to figure out how to recover my money!
Ordered books for our school 3 weeks ago. They had no problem charging my credit card. I called to check on the order after a couple weeks. Can't get a hold of anyone. No return on emails or messages (if you can even leave one since the voice mailbox is full). Currently taking legal action. I'd be curious if anyone is in the Houston area if the place is even open.
They have a good selection of professional and technical books. I usually get our construction related books from them, and they could provide you with other fields-related books such as engineering, finance, accounting and etc. Highly recommend professional people to visit this book store.
