One of the information staff was no help at all. She seemed careless.

Although the staff is friendly there are a lot of rude homeless people. Begging, trying to see something, or trying to get a female phone number. The building on the inside is clean and well kept with police officers on-site. The rest was clean which was nice but you have angry homeless people knocking on the door or yelling.

This is an okay bus hub. I never go in the Ridestore so I cant speak on that experience but I do use the actual station often. Its in Downtown so its incredibly busy all day. There is a bus route to pretty much every part of Houstons inner and outer city limits which is great and means we always have a way to get to the city as well, or simply to work a couple miles away. The side effect is that the place can be supremely hectic. Buses are everywhere, as well as cars, and the rail. Tons of people including myself get lost trying to find the location of certain buses and the organization doesnt make much sense. Certain routes are on one side of a street, some in the opposite side. Some several blocks away from the transit center. Its very challenging to determine what is what. The maps and bus signs seriously need to be updated to digital displays because it is way too hard to find the right bus in the nick of time if you do not know EXACTLY what to do and are lucky enough to have no uncontrollable issues like a broken bus, someone getting arrested by metro police, someone getting hit, an angry bus driver, a lazy driver, or an inattentive driver who goes right past you while you waive them down in confusion after navigating for thirty minutes through the labyrinth that is this transit center. Plus, in such a large, busy space, the signs are hard to see for those of us without 20/20 vision. But once you get to know how things work its not so bad and in the mean time, youll get to work on your cardio...

Needs commemoration of metro rail usage, usually a wait for the bathroom, greedy Q card administration, cafe emphasizes the heat of the day when eating, conference room is elegant, extravagant seasonal and astronomical decor, two routes to get to my residence from location:

Rude customer service Im calling corporate the bus lady was training someone and the bus was 20 min late which means I was late for work...... yall need new energetic people she was yelling in my face talking bout this is not a load which I didnt understand route #1581 November 18,2017. Bus 102 bush inter. HORRIBLE
