The Houston Grey Hound Bus Station is completely unsanitary and dangerous broken seat. The waiting area has a plain and dirty look inside & out. All of the awful seats are broken and very uncomfortable to stay seated for to long. I couldn't believe that there isn't enough seating in the waiting area for all of it costumer. I was waiting for about 3hours and I have yet to see anyone sweep or mop the floor. I refused to use the restroom because I also did not see anyonecome to clean anything. The waiting area is filled with a lot of people without proper coordination and it gave off an uneasy sense of direction. The TVs with the schedule were too small to see the current schedule. The night staff are antique, but choose to do their job when they want to. Old and dated light fixtures, seats, & greenery give this place a sight of utter disgust. The whole facility was at an uncomfortable climate. The heat arose a foul smell and enhanced my discomfort to continue to wait for my bus. Flys and other visisble insects roamed around the area some were touching me and my friend. As a Houstonian I am completely appalled of this Bus Station undermining sanitary practices, and horrendous upkeep of proper furniture for its paying customers. I hope this company sees my review and takes action to its unsatisfactory business practices.

This has been the best greyhound station experience ever!! Getting my tickets were simple and the worker was so helpful and fast. The woman at the food area was so nice and awesome customer service!

I must say Greyhound Did a really good job getting me to Chicago. unlike megabus who left me high and dry. I'm just thankful Greyhound got me there safe and i was able to see my family.

The employees in the yellow vests are listening to music. Very nonchalant attitude towards passengers. It's discouraging. Bus broke down 30 minutes before my departure.

I've never taken a bus but I had to pick up someone in the middle one night from this place. No I'm not one to lock my doors but the surrounding area made you want to lock your doors and get the hell out of Dodge. I cannot talk or say anything about the inside but the outside if you don't know about bus stations is a wide Awakening. But on the brighter side waiting for my friend I saw some of the craziest things I've ever seen in my life. It really makes me want to go take some Popcorn and watch real life happen let me tell you real life doesn't really happen in the Whole Foods but it will happen at a Greyhound bus station
