I don't generally like giving poor reviews, but this place is worth the score. The idea of this place is good. The reality is not. The service is always with a smile, but if the food is bad that doesn't really matter. Consistency is key in a restaurant or coffee shop doing well, and this is something they do not have. 75% of the time when I go at lunch time (I work in the building) they do not have all the ingredients for the 5 sandwiches on their menu. It should not be difficult to maintain that limited supply on hand, but they cannot seem to do that. Also, I have only had a satisfactory sandwich twice. Those two times they were delectable, but of all the other times they either didn't have the ingredients to make it right or made the sandwich wrong. One time the hot sandwich wasn't cooked, and one time they left the goat cheese off the goat cheese sandwich (I had to go back and ask for them to give me some to go so I could put it on the sandwich myself). I feel like these are easy things to get right, and they just can't. Also, some of their treats are very good but others are terrible. I had the scone one day and it was so dry it was like eating a cake of sand. I could only eat one bite and even then I had to wash it down with water and could barely choke it down. Gross.

Great place for coffee, tea or breakfast. Their avocado toast is great and interior design very modern, almost Scandinavian. Much more personality than Starbucks.

One of the best coffee shop in houston. I like their flat white coffee. The ambience is very lovely, and simple. The parking is veey easy, you can use the building's parking lot. Also they have tea options if you are not coffee person. Great place to get things done and hangout with friends. I had the chance to meet the owner, very nice guy.

Nice upscale coffee shop with a homelike feel. Does not feel commercial at all. They have parking handled well and a nice outdoor space. Staff is very friendly and menu is simple. Prices reasonable. The drip coffee I tried was outstanding. Light, fruity and well brewed. The single origin espresso was great and my latte was perfect in terms of texture and temperature. My only complaint is the limited hours, they close quite early however this is a personal gripe. The service is always friendly.

Very cool spot. Modern / Industrial style coffee shop in a large office building. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but it's worth it. Enjoy the iced vanilla latte but also had the Taste of Texas tacos for lunch while I was here and it was much better than I expected for a coffee house kitchen. Everything is really well done in here; even the bathrooms have mouthwash which was a first for me inside a coffee shop.
