I have been twice once right before Christmas and it's never been crowded. Also employees have been very helpful
I loved the layout of the store to where returns were up front and didn't have to search around to find it. The employees were very helpful and I would've given it 5 stars except for the fact that there were little plastic things from the clothing,I believe,all over the floor and my 2yr old daughter slipped on 1 of them. Better floor maintenance and I would have given the other star.
Customer service is very attentive and friendly. I've been able to find clean restrooms and overall good deals... especially online to pick up at store.
I completely understand its Black Friday weekend, today is Thanksgiving, and the line was to the back of the store, BUT I only had an online pickup and there was ONE specific line for pickups ONLY! There was one person in front of me and I waited 37 minutes! I then tried to buy an item next to the register and she wouldnt let me pay there and told me I had to go back to the other line to purchase the item! It was an item next to the register put there for last minute purchases...it was $3 candy! Mind you, I waited 11 more minutes for them to bring the item up where she helped no other customer until I got my package...she could have rung me up during the wait instead of us staring at each other for 10 minutes! Common sense goes a long way! So much for productivity and utilization of time at this location!
Friendly and helpful customer service and sales associates. Great sales! I shopped on the kids clearance rack and was still able to apply my coupon for an extra percentage off! Nice quality clothes to choose from.
