There were nice things here, but their plus size section is rather small. They do sell used high end purses there.
The store is short-staffed. They are all intelligent and motivated, but there aren't enough of them. The shopping center is bad, too. I realized I was in a bad neighborhood when a teenaged driver clipped the rear of my car. It wasn't his car. Then the person he called came up to me and pretended to reach out to shake my hand, and also managed to knock out of my hand the camera I was using to take a picture of his license plate. He smiled broadly, showing his grill. Both he and the driver refused to identify themselves and security was no where to be found.Papa is Royal isn't a bad store, but I'd stay away from this location. Don't let the shiny new stores fool you. I thought the decline in the 80's had been overcome. But the mall got a makeover -- not the neighborhood.Wait. The guy did tell me his name. It was Javonte. He gave me his name and asked me to text him a picture of the damage to his car, while still refusing to identify himself, or the driver.

Good place to work for extra money, great people, nice store great deals , unfortunately my stay was short due to an emergency. I loved my job here!
This has been my "go to" store for years! They always have a large, great selection of work clothes, casual and even more formal, shoes and purses. I nearly always find what I'm looking for and a LOT of what I wasn't! Love this location too. Always clean and everything is in its place. The employees work hard to keep it that way and it shows!
