We had several electrical repairs needed on our med center townhouse including, replacing a breaker box, repairing some in-ground outdoor lighting, and changing out our fluorescent bathroom light with new LED lighting. We called early on a Saturday morning and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a call back within about 15-20 minutes scheduling us for later that afternoon. They were able to work with us on pricing and they completed all of the jobs in one day. It was so nice to work with such a professional company. We highly recommend them.
A1 provides exceptional customer service, fair billing and good quality work. We had to have a brand new panel installed. Alandra is a pleasure to work with on the phone for scheduling and billing.They always provide free estimates and Jose gave sound advice so as to try to save us some money when he came to give the estimate. His advice was correct and we didn't have to spend as much as we thought. He also explained the problem in detail and answered my many questions in a respectful and professional manner. They got us on their schedule very quickly and the work was completed in one day. We noticed our pool light was not connected to the panel later that night and they immediately sent someone out the next day to finish connecting it. I highly recommend.
A1 Plus responded immediately to a posting on Home Advisor. When I called them back, they had a journeyman electrician here within 24 hours as promised. He was courteous, knowledgeable and on time; the estimate was a no-charge item. It's hard to get much better than that!
I have '70s aluminum wiring in my townhome that I needed pigtailed with copper connectors. I also needed to have my breaker panel replaced.
