My home required a complete replacement of the electrical panel and a circuit restoration due to a lighting strike on my home. I was homeless as a result of the damage. Clint B from Mr Sparkey did a great job of troubleshooting the damage and making the necessary repairs. Throughout the whole process he was very professional taking time to explain each step of the process. Once my insurance approved the repairs, Clint and his company expedited the scheduling of the work to get me back into my home in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend Mr Sparkey and Clint B!
Never ever again. Needed a new breaker. They said it would be a $39 charge to come out, fine come on they didn't tell me that there would be a 325.00 diagnostic fee, long story short it cost me 759.00 to replace a 30.00 breaker. That was sometime ago as I have been to mad to be civil but now I can I will never do business with these rip off artist again.
I called for an electrican to change an electrical component in my ceiling fan and the representative told me they will only install NEW ceiling fans. I was disappointed with the experience, but they placed a follow-up call to further discuss their services. They seemed to really care about offering great customer service.
Very disheartening...I called to get an estimate and they told me first they do not have the staff to provide estimates, which is fine. Then I was told because I am selling my home and this is a low priority job they would not take it. For all the advertising they do they should be professional and not cherry pick their customers. I do not appreciate the waste of my time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EITHER. No Stars.
BEWARE!! They take advantage of you. The electrician was there maybe 30 minutes and all the found was a pop breaker and the bill was $380!! Ask questions before and dont trust them!
