Sarah did an awesome job of capturing the arrangement I needed for my Wife's birthday. I have purchased flowers at this location several times and each occasion has been a good experience.
Not delivered as advertised. More leaves and few flowers. The picture I picked had flowers and ribbon.It was for a funeral. Really hurt.
Never order from this place again. I just want to rate 0 star if I can. We ordered funeral flowers stands for the family. Molena was nice lady. BUT, other than that, the flower stands looked terrible . Wilted, just a few flowers here and there. Nothing compares to the pictures they showed. We paid extra for the banners, they printed wrong info. TERRIBILE. 3 of our families ordered 3 flowers stands, total more than $900. And that was for our father in laws funeral. Never order from this place, never from 1800- flowers again. Imagine the loss of our family that day and then have to deal with this every time we look at it.
Jim was wonderful!!!My family and I went in for flowers for my Fathers funeral, and Jim was very understanding and so patient with us especially during our time of sorrow.They have so many options and Jim is so talented! Thank you 1-800 flowers!
