My Boyfriend sent me flowers to my job and they were so beautiful and fresh there was not one dead or dryed up greenery, the roses and Lilly's were so fresh and this was by far the best floral arrangement i have recieved i told my boyfriend to make sure for all occasions we get arrangements from here. My husband ordered flowers for me. Blue Bonnet Florist deliver them and I was so impressed with the arrangement. It was beautiful, out of all the arrangements that I have ever received this one was the prettiest. Job well done by the florist. The florist is at SW Freeway, Houston, TX
The florist in Detroit used Bluebonnet to deliver a patio plant to my daughter for mother's day. Instead a very small peace Lilley (a typical plant sent for funerals was delivered). When i saw this and comained to my florist in Detroit, she attempted to address the situation with Bluebonnet. Bluebonnet was uncooperative and would not address my dissatisfaction. Although my florist offered a store credit to me, my daughter is stuck with a tiny funeral plant instead of a patio plant for mother's day.I do not recommend Bluebonnet Florist.
This review is strictly with regards to the store staff itself as my family has not directly completed a transaction with Bluebonnet Florist. We ordered a certain kind of spray from a third-party company which the company then commissioned Bluebonnet Florist to complete and deliver to us, but that third party company completely messed up the order and my family was left unhappy with the result. There was no error on Bluebonnet Florist's part, for they have completed the order as invoiced, so they had no idea that we ordered an entirely different arrangement. The staff was courteous, sympathetic, and understanding, and they accepted our returning of the product with no hard feelings. We are still waiting for our refund from the third party vendor, and we will do business directly with Bluebonnet Florist from now on.
