Son ordered 2 dozen roses for girlfriend for 1st anniversary to be delivered to her office with ballon. What she got 4 roses, some carnations about 12" tall, no balloon. What an embarrassment. What a ripoff. I'll be sure to pass the word on never to use these people. They think cause you order online they can screw you.
Lady was not helpful on the phone and acted like she didn't want to work. Took my business elsewhere and glad I did.
