I bought $ 21 a book today. But the employees did not give me a bag to carry the books. They wanted to sell that for the money. Very shameful. the other library is not doing this. I condemn.
I usually go to the Central library downtown location to renew mine and my family's passports. I like that location because they take walk-in appointments. I was over on this side of town yesterday though and this was a more convenient location at the time so I figured I would give it a try. I got online to see if they require an appointment but it wasn't clear if they did or not so I went ahead and made one just in case. They had plenty of same day appointments available (this was a Tuesday) so I picked at a same day 3pm slot (it was 11am when I booked.) I showed up right at 3pm and they got me right in. There are two offices in the passport office at this location and two people were working. I asked the guy who waited on me if appointments were required for this location and he said they were, so make sure you book one before showing up. The man who waited on me was friendly and pleasant and he even offered to make copies of what he needed copies of even though I showed up prepared and had already made all the copies he needed. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was a smooth and easy experience. Also, parking is free here unlike at the downtown library location. I would certainly recommend this location for passport renewal.
Medium size library. Free wifi is nice. I love the location. Masjid is within walking distance also. Timings are a little strange. Staff is polite and good. It just seems they have less books than before. They also have books in different languages. Nice place to chill and relax. I hope they maintain the quietness and calm. Alhamdulilah.

Had been here twice for passport services. Both times service has been excellent and efficient. Quick in and out. Much better than other USPS locations we have tried. Would prefer this over others in future.
