By far the worst office I have been too. I called myself coming as early as I could. The staff was sub par. Some were okay. Some were just following the motions others were just there to do a job. The security officer was the only one who was doing his job. I came earlier and 5 hours in even after closing I still had 10 people a head of me. The lobby was crowded with no orginization. Hands down the worse office. If I could give it half a star I would.
I went during my lunch hour and it was a big chaos. Difficult to find a parking spot and could not find a place to sit. During my wait I had to go to the men's room. Apparently, they called my name right when I left. I had to get back in line. I had to leave after a while. Came back next day, I could not find a parking space. I am not sure if I can go to a different office.
I went yesterday on Jan 10,2018 at 1:00 P.M ( took number and sit on chair when more than one hour 25 minutes has passed in waiting for my chance I went to supervisor he was in Hall Sir is there any reason I did not hear your staff is not calling A series he told they will call as soon , after 20 minutes he handover my Ticket to supervisor told him I am going to pick up my kinds from School now time is 2:45 P.M he said OK. but my Request is it would be nice if they call all numbers of series one by one . I returned back from office 2:25 without solving any issue and wasted my time more than 3:00 hours plus traveling time .kindly all call numbers one by one.
The guards and tellers here are extremely disrespectful and rude. I understand there are rules, but there is no need to yell and treat people like inmates. My grandparents are hard of hearing and English is not their first language so it was difficult for them to communicate, but that doesnt give the tellers the right to give them an attitude after they have been kind and patiently waiting for over an hour to be seen.
I went to this place about a week ago. To go change my last name. I was dreading this place. Because of the wait and heard that people here are no help. I believe its window 12 with Mrs. Stewart Jackson she is a sweetheart and very helpful. Im glad to say everything went well and fast. I wish there was more people like her. She was wonderful thank you Mrs. Stewart Jackson for the help on everything! I would give more than 5 stars if I could
