Overall a good movie theater. Only a couple of issues I noticed . The seats are a lot smaller than other theater's Ive been to and they do not recline or even lean back when pushed. The other is that there is barely any space when walking in the aisle to your seat . Even when the row is empty I hit all the seats with my legs. And lastly we are signed up as A lists members , once when we ordered our food and waited over the 10 minute wait they advise , our food was not even made . We walked up to the counter and it was on their screen but the employees were talking and didn't notice. Not a big deal but the whole point was to have it ready for our movie. And secondly we ordered a meal with a cookie and never received it . I realized this once we were already seated and had to leave just to be told they were out. Again not a big deal but you would think they would tell you when you pick up the food. Overall always a good experience , just a few improvements needed.
First time here with my 5 yr old. Spent 40 minutes in line. Made my movie by one minute but had to use the restroom . Morning managers need critical thinking training. Message me if you want me to write up manager manuals and train for your managers.
Movie theater's are changing their way of treating the customer. This one has not. You have to stand in a long line to get popcorn and refreshments. The place is very dirty, even at 7pm. No one was in their assigned seats in the theater which speaks to the patrons. Their are police officers in the theater and security all around outside in vehicles which says something about the patron's safety but that is also a knock on the location. I did purchase my ticket online so I did not have to wait in the long line outside but I did have to pay a $3.50 convenience fee for doing so. There is nothing special about this theater.
This is the biggest movie theatre I have ever been in, big enough to warrant a map. However it is layed numerically and has signs dictating where everything is, so it's impossible to get lost. The food and drink is good not stale or flavorless. It has a wide variety of candy to choose from and the drink dispenser is one of the ones that has any drink you could want, in any flavor. And for adults there is a small bar you can raise a glass to. The seats are comfortable but unfortunately don't recline, not even lean backwards when you push on them. There can be a small line when tickets are involved and at the concession stands but they clear pretty quickly. Every movie worth seeing has multiple play times and plenty of seats. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Tickets aren't even ridiculously expensive compared to other not as nice places. Overall great place to watch a movie with friends and family.
We paid extra to be on the A-list so we could get through the lines quicker. The issue with that is they put no cashiers in our A-list line and had 3 cashiers on the regular line. Also they consistently keep this theater full of smoke even in the actual movie theaters with their burnt popcorn. A asked to talk to a manager and they were busy and couldn't field my complaints.
