Great service from packers and movers! They were fast, helpful and very careful with all of my things. I give that portion of the company - 5 Stars!My issue is with the person on the phone Not Having a Clue on the time frame and estimating the total cost of the move. Although I was VERY clear about the content of what I needed to be moved, their response, was that 3 men could move in 4 hours...NOT! It took 4 men, 8+ hours to move (more what I expected). I know they dont want to scare away potential customers, but people need to budget correctly. The price I was quoted, was NOT the price I paid!Also, the COST OF BOXES IS RIDICULOUS!! They need to be upfront on the individual cost of the boxes, I still would have used the company, but would have appreciated their honesty and would have done things a little differently.Getting clients (by under estimating) is one thing...keeping them is something different!Word of counts and everyone I know has heard my story!
Ivan and his crew were amazing they came earlier than expected, which when your moving is always a good thing because you need to get as much done as possible in a day. The guys came in and got started right away they packaged everything very nice and neatly. Extremely professional I would use them again for sure.
Excellent service! These 3 guys were very nice, friendly, courteous and dedicated. They worked so efficiently, had some excellent new equipment to help them, did an excellent job of protecting everything. We were very happy with their service at both places- the packing and loading, then the unloading and unpacking. The cost was actually less than I expected too!
Jose and his team were hard working gentlemen, polite and professional at all times. I couldnt help but notice that they work very well together. Ive moved 10 times in the last 16 years and I have to say that this move was not a stressful one like all others for me in the past at all I was very pleased to see the end result-it was flawless
Hands down, the most professional experience I have been a part of. Moving is a stressful time for people and they made it very comfortable and stress free. Very courteous and they take their time moving your furniture. No damages were done to my home or belongings. The speed and professionalism of the men moving my items out of storage was amazing.Worth every penny!
