DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.... Prior to moving day the customer service was great. The day before my move was scheduled I received a call stating there would be a move before me, and my move would start a little late... False my move would have started way later . I called and my original move was to start at 10am however when I called the day of I was told they wouldnt be there until 3pm. I canceled them and asked for a refund of my deposit. This was ridiculous because their customer service then became very unfriendly.
These guys were pretty good. I had my master bedpost scratched up a little which I will put a claim in for soon. Overall, the movers were careful and hardworking.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They dont deserve any stars. Where do I even begin. I had an appointment at 8am they called the day before and asked for it to be moved to 3-6pm. I said okay. At 12pm the movers showed up only to tell me they had the wrong paper work and they would come back at 3. It is now 11:20pm. I called at 6:30 pm and office was closed. I called the number the driver called me from. He said he has been working since 6am this morn and the company messed up and that he is off post oak and I am located in Kingwood. I said this move had to be complete. They assured me they were running behind and they would be at my house. Two hours go by and I call again. Again I got the run around oh this was assigned to him this isnt his fault and he still wants to do the move. I explained to him u know u are moving two apartments in the same building and going all the way to Conroe. Its 9pm. His response... what I didnt know that Im in KATY I dont even have a gas card I cant do all of that. Sir did u just say ur in Katy because u just told me ur 2 miles away. He then said he got his paper work mixed up and drove to the wrong house. I then asked for a supervisor to call. He said he needed to call his manager anyways because he didnt have gas. Real professional... right? 30 mins later no phone call back so we called again he said oh my managers calling u right now and Im on my way to u. It is now 11:25 PM no call from a manager. No movers. I finally text the driver and told him to forget it. He apologized and left it at that. This is for two elderly ppl in a elderly community that have come together as a couple and move into a home together. I have packed medical equipment up for them I have taken beds apart. Now at 11:27 pm I have to find them somewhere to sleep. Unpack important things they need to sleep with and somehow pull off booking a new move with a new company. My grandma was to be out of her apartment TODAY or else she would owe more money. Not to mention this company already has $50 of here. So disappointing and stressed out.
Our movers ( team leader Demy, Eric & Alex) did a wonderful job moving, arranging, and dropping off at several spots around Houston. We couldn't be more pleased & grateful for their hard work and courtious work ethics. We plan to use them again soon and will recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you guy's so luch
Friendly and very hard working employees. They worked for 11 hours straight, and kept an upbeat and polite disposition the entire time. They were careful with my belongings and placed every box in the corresponding room as labeled on each box. A+
