The CertaPro team recently completed a project and I was very happy with the quality of work and the level of engagement during the project. They performed: external painting (2500 sq ft living space), front deck repair (some rather significant), and gate painting. The crew worked around inclement weather and completed the job within the timeframe originally proposed. On our final walkthrough, Jonathan reminded me of the 2 yr warranty on any issues (i.e.: bubbling paint) and I thought that was extra value on top of a great job already delivered.
We got a timely response to quote painting our bathrooms, hallway and closet doors. The price was in line with other quotes, so we scheduled a date. The team showed up on time, walked the job with my wife and I and set clear expectations for the day. The job was completed and a post job walk through was done with the operations manager. We are happy with the clean, thorough job done and will use CertaPro again.
