I went to Action Physical Therapy on Bellaire Blvd for a problem with my shoulder, choosing it mainly due to the convenience of the location. I could not be happier with the service, Michael and Daniel are great therapists, they treated my problem and provided me with detailed instructions on how to continue the exercises to treat the issue after the sessions were complete. They are professional and friendly. I am also very satisfied with the business office, whatever issues were reported in older reviews have been resolved. They handled all the approvals with my health insurance. After I received my EOBs I noticed I had been overcharged by a small amount, and I planned to wait until the final EOB to come through to call them about it. Before I had a chance to call I had received a check in the mail for the correct difference!
The physical therapist Michael was fantastic. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, so that I have improved greatly, but he was kind and encouraging. I would recommend this facility very strongly and without hesitation. The staff at the front desk was always helpful and efficient as well.
Everything about this place is great. Its conveniently located, always clean, professional and friendly staff. Couldnt ask for anything better, would recommend highly.
Wonderful staff at Action Physical Therapy. I had been going to APT for several years now with injuries to my ankles, knee and shoulder. The strength and mobility has improved greatly since then. Deanna Gruver and Rachel Thacker are best in class therapists that excel in their professions. I hope that I never have to see them again at the clinic, but God forbid if another injury happens I will most likely go back to them for therapy.
The staff is courteous, the place is clean, and they put your well-being first. Deanna is my PT and she is very reassuring and encouraging. I have been encouraged to push my limits, but while still being given a level of understanding that not every type of movement is within reach right away.
