I have been suffering with hip & back pain for a while & my family doctor recommended physical therapy. I was skeptical at first, thinking nothing could help but I sure am glad I gave it a try! The staff is very welcoming, I was pleased to receive a thorough evaluation and a detailed treatment plan & at home exercise that I can do at home in between visits to help me recover. I have been coming for about 7 weeks now and have noticed improvement from the treatment. I highly recommend Trinity Physical Therapy. The therapist, Eric and his staff work together to know you and your limitations to help build the most beneficial program for your rehabilitation. They are the place to go!
As an Active Duty member and avid athlete, I've experienced my share of Physical Therapists around the country, often for reoccurring issues. Eric's diversity of methods separates him from any other PT regime I've experienced and it works! He was able to make me pain free while I train for an Ironman, priceless! The entire team is personable and welcoming, no matter your background or fitness level!
I was going to another Physical Therapist for about 2 months with no results. Learning about Trinity and starting with them, within two weeks there was already a change in how i felt and pain was managed. Now i am almost complete and doing better. In addition to the original reason i was going to see them, i had hurt my back and within just 1 session he had me back to where i could go to work the next day.:)
I just completed my second round of therapy at Trinity to address continued issues after my minor stroke. While my first round focused on my ability to be safe while walking, it did not address strength and balance issues that would affect my ability to safely return to work as a home health nurse. Eric developed individualized therapy to address my foot drop and leg weakness that affected my balance. He also helped me by developing an exercise program to continue improving my stability and strength after my discharge. Eric and his assistants were helpful and encouraging. I enthusiastically recommend Trinity Physical Therapy and will let my primary physician know also!!
