Great job installing a shower panel mounted to my shower tile. They also had to cut an access panel into the sheetrock from behind, and installed cover plate. Great to work with!

I had a sewer line which keeps filling up with water. When I flushed the toilet, water came up in the bathtub. This company came out twice to my home and never fixed the problem. The problem happened again a few days after the second time they were here even though that bathroom was not used. So I made a third appointment several days in advance. They made an appointment with me knowing they would need a camera and a jetter even though their machine was in the shop for repairs. Then they got behind schedule and didn't even show up for their appointment!! I finally got tired of going around in circles with this company. They don't know how to fix the problem, don't bring the equipment they need to do the job, and don't show up for their appointments. They even tried to blame the city for the problem although it clearly was not a city problem. Don't waste your time with this company.
I am very pleased with Texas Quality Plumbing. They came and unclogged our kitchen drain, were very informative about the whole process and made sure everything was completely correctly. No shortcuts
Texas Quality Plumbing came to our rescue when the toilet at our Academy was out of order, they helped us set an appointment ASAP, and were punctual. They fixed our plumbing issue promptly and did a very good job, we were extremely satisfied with the work done. The reason we are able to leave a two-star review, however, is that one of the plumbers by the name Miguel Serrano that completed this job for us has been pestering our manager (we are still not sure how he acquired her personal information) all over personal social media and phone calls. The service was completed promptly but the misuse of confidential and personal customer information is a violation we are extremely uncomfortable with. - Suzuki Academy Inc. Administration
