My husband and I had stay here for about a month while my husband worked nearby. Excellent front office staff.. Perfect couple for the job, very helpful. Eddie, made sure were settled in and everything was in working order in our site before continuing with his work. We had stayed here when it was called 4 Pennies rv park and it was pretty down.. The new owners are doing a excellent job on upgrading the Park for their tenants, I can see excellent progress. Well definitely come back again when my husbands job has the next turn around.
This place used to be nice until the new owners bought it. Theres gonna be alot of people leaving. They tried to kick a 72 year old lady out because she moved her camper without asking them. The electricity it always out, water lines always busting. The water here has alot of rust or sand in it and it clogs the camper up. You'll need a 4 wheel drive when it rains if you wanna get out of your spot.the water heater at the showers only stays hot for 5 min, stuff gets stolen all the time even trucks. Water stands in spots for weeks after it rains. Alot of pipe yard noise and the electrical is all messed up my neighbors camper completely fried and the owners wouldn't do anything about it. 10k later the guy has all new wiring in his house. Trees fall on peoples campers.Theres alot of RV parks opening up in this area so you have plenty of choices. STAY AWAY.
I will have to say that I Love It because I Love to see be my Mother and Farther seem to be alone happier than I thought it would be nice to see them in Love again for a change and it makes me feel better about my self. I just want to spend as much time as possible with my mom and dad I not leave there side me AND my husband David will always love and take care of them until they or we are not on THIS earth I wish I could have them both for ever I don't know what I would do without them we love them so much always and forever your oldest daughter sissy aka mary Alice reed 2nd
I've been here for 8 months or longer. Nice quit family oriented place. Management handles things in a respectable and professional manner. Area is kept clean of trash and the restroom / showers , laundry area are always clean. There have been a few bad reviews based on unhappy tenants that refused to fallow the parks rules. When you sign in, you sign the acknowledgement of the rules and are expected to follow them, not only for the safety of yourself, but for the safety of others. No nonsense or disrespect of other will be tolerated. Come check it out, your sure to love it.
We come through Houston several times a year due to my husband's job. Our first stay, the water was off 2 or 3 times out of our 16 day stay. Also electricity went out over 6 hours in late August. Office staff is very unprofessional, in mature. We never got our $100 deposit back. We gave them a second chance and let the know we were not paying another $100 since they kept our last. BIG MISTAKE!!! It was worse this time. Electricity went off again for 4 or 5 hours. Our spot was flooded. No wooden slab, same loud noise at night. We had things stolen both stays. The prorated the first time, but not the second. Dope heads prevented me from waking my dog. One last thing, no one is ever in the office, or answers the phone. I've seen staff chatting with residents for an extensive amount of time. Never would I allow my children roam this park. I see it's for sale.. I hope they clean house when it's sold.
