Friendly staff! My tire was deflating and I needed a repair/new tube near UHD. Noticed the they sell used/reconditioned bikes at a fair price if you're on a budget and I'm sure they're a bit more negotiable on the price ;) Made it most of the way to Bayou City before I had to walk and my tire finally gave out. Great prices great people, I take my kids basic bikes all the way to getting some custom builds and in between. Even have some rental bikes for critical mass and other social rides.
I was helping my girlfriend buy a bike. We found a bike through Craigslist that this place was selling- we liked it. she bought it. After the first long ride we found that it needed some bottom bracket work done. They did the right thing, took he bike back and fixed it up and didnt charge us anything additional for it. Happy with the service!
I went to buy a bicycle to ride on the bike trails and streets around my neighborhood. They had an excellent selection and have great customer service. I have had my bike stolen a couple of times so I didn't want to spend too much and they had some great bikes at much lower prices than other bike shops. I bought a Retro bike and could not be happier with my purchase
