Bought a brand new bike here and later found out that the seatpost was busted. Came back the next day and they fitted my bike with a brand new one. It feels like they wouldnt let me leave their shop until I was completely satisfied with the bike I bought. Awesome people, down to earth and just out to satisfy all you cycling needs. These guys are awesome!
Love this place. Very knowledge and talented staff. Visited about 10 bike stores in Houston and this one was the only to first ask about my riding patterns and not just push what they had in stock.
I had a flat on my bike and decided to drop it off here to be repaired. I was greeted by Mike who immediately took it to repair shop inside the store while I checked out the bike gallery. I looked at the large variety of bikes of all types and price ranges. There were two other bikes being fixed at the time mine was. All the staff members seemed to be friendly and good at mending and maintaining bicycles. Mike was quick to fix the flat and suggested a tune up bring my bike up to speed. I recommend the Urban Bike Gallery for all your bicycle repairs or if you looking for a new bike.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff and wide selection of gear. Also, great group rides every Wednesday evening and Saturday and Sunday mornings.
It's rare that I can walk into any business and feel welcome. It's even more rare for a specialty business. Every single time I have been in here from the first visit to my most recent has been, well, a treat. Everyone is always helpful, friendly, and open to questions.
