Nick spent quite a bit of time customizing my new bicycle to make it work for me. I still have the first bicycle that I purchased from Bike Barn 17 years ago and it's in excellent condition after many thousands of miles. You get what you pay for with bikes. What a great shop. Gordon, Alfredo, and the rest of the staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and keep my bikes running perfectly and safely at all times. Service wait times are short and prices are super reasonable. They have a great selection of new bikes and bike gear as well. I highly recommend!
I have been going to Bike Barn since 2012 when I moved back to Houston. I had an old Giant Boulder they took good care of. Then I bought a Trek Hybrid 7.2 there in 2014. They have taken very good care of me in the six years total that I have been a customer. I'm buying a Trek Marlin 6 from them now, and I will continue to use their services. I do miss some of the staff that used to be there; however, turnover is to be expected in retail.
