Update on my review, down two stars. Great place and location, one drawback is that there are students that live here long term that go to a nearby mech. school and frequently its loud music, working on vehicles after 9PM, loud exhaust late at night. Dont get me wrong, Im all about music, cars, and the good things in life but it helps to get some sleep from time to time and walls are super thin in campers. Every now and then they do play some good music.
My husband stayed in this RV park for a year while working in Houston. It was much more affordable than any other park and an easy drive to anything. Rudy and her assistant are wonderful! No riff raff coming and going. They were very easy to work with and we have no complaints at all. If you just need a place to park your RV while working in Houston, this is the best. If you are looking for a resort, you won't find it here but the price reflects that.

Stayed here about a year and have no complaints. Rudy (property manager) is very attentive to any issues, and addresses them promptly. Highly recommend.
