The staff members are very helpful and will see to it that your stay is comfortable, relaxing and pleasant. The amenities are easily accessible and clean. The business center is well equipped with computers, printers, fax machine and desk space for laptops all in a quiet setting. Currently, every Tuesday at 10 a.m. all ladies are welcome to Tea and Coffee Social held in the Activity Center.If you are in need of laundry service or housekeeping, use the trusted On-Site resident that provides these professional services at reasonable prices.It is so fun to get out and meet other residents and their cannine friends.Northlake is definately a place you will enjoy
What can I say, Gary and Frances are incredible. This was my second time at the park and if Im ever in the north Houston area this is where Ill stay!!! Clean, Quiet, Safe and Well Priced for the amenities! Thanks again!!
I am not recognized as a registered guest because I was not, maybe that's why I didn't receive the friendly service that the "registered guests" receive. But I have conducted business there and since I am of little importance you definitely wouldn't remember me. And if I was just doing it for points why not give you a five star to make everyone happy? But instead of inquiring about my experience you attack me. Once again, I am not a "registered guest". I get that, but do you get that your customer service goes beyond your "registered guests "?
Stayed in late November 2018. Paid $50 a night. Great wifi access. Very fast. No complaints there. We also enjoyed the pool. It looks fairly new. Bonus: It is heated. The bathroom facilities require a pin. They are clean. Overall good stay. My one complaint is the train noise. It woke us up several times a night.
We love Northlake. Came very nervous with my 3 kids and it's been fantastic We love the people who work here and have made us feel at home. Definitely run a tight ship. Park is quiet , nice ,welcoming and kid friendly. They have rules which people follow and that helps keep it nice . Highly recommend
