I have not been to this RV park, but was very interested due to its location. I was turned off by all the one star reviews but always give the benefit of the doubt and read them to see if the negative reviews are something at the park I could deal with. Majority of them are of the "poor management". Come to find that the mangement has responded to only the negative reviews and every one was extremely unprofessional and terribly written... I can deal with a "boring" RV park or even messy/dirty. I can not deal with rude management. Just by the reviews, you have lost a full time RV customer. Good Day.
Great parking place
Very unprofessional. I called and got a Hello very loud and rude. Its ridiculous, teach your employees how to speak over the phone. Also teach them what the word Amenities means because they dont know it.
We arrive late at night and had to leave the next day because our RV broke.. We paid for 5 days CASH and were there 15 hours and they would not refund us even a dollar,!! Not very good customer relations. Would not go back
This is very clean and quiet park. I liked it very much. The owners are improving and maintaining it every day. They are there when you need them and very helpful ! Thanks AGAVE Park !
