Awesome and very colorful experience. Great place for kids and adults. If we weren't on a schedule I would have stayed and taken even more pictures
If you come to Houston it's a must see. Very cool butterfly habitat that has different butterflies from all over the world. If you wear bright colors you most likely will have some of them land on you It's also connected to the museum of natural science and planetarium so it's a very cool day trip if you plan to visit all 3.
This is an absolutely must see experience!!Magical is the first word that comes to mind.At one point my buddy and i set down on a bench just to try to take in the magnitude of this experience. I sat there in amazement as butterflies of all colors, sizes, and description fluttered around landing on us and floating about. I turned to my friend and said " have you noticed, everyone here is smiling and happy, even the adults are acting like children again, enchanted with the world around them once more..." He just smiled, we both had big goofy grins on our faces, just like everyone else...!Please go to see this. Take family. Take friends. It will be an experience that you'll treasure. I want to go back again and spend hours just being a kid again....
I have been to this site several times. Wear a brightly colored shirt. Take your time. It is always astounding. Buy some butterfly plants at the gift shop. Every age group will love this place.
I loved the butterflies, but felt it was a bit small for the amount of money being paid. Took about 10 minutes to thoroughly see the butterflies. Had to go over twice to get our money's worth. I would return though. The exhibit was beautiful.
