Beautiful park ! It's like a secret wonderland. The view is perfect , the sound of the birds makes you feel like you're in a forest . It's just a great way to relax and enjoy dtla.

We were so grateful to find a park with a great playground and parking so close to the city center. There were one or two other families there at around noon on a Friday in October. My little boy was very entertained by all there was to do. Hubby and I were happy to have a picnic table under the shade of a tree so we could eat our picnic lunch. I saw a couple people walking dogs as there was plenty of space.

This a wonderful park in a safe area of Houston. There is a large playground with unique features and shade cover. There is a rock climbing spherical unit, slides, monkey bars, swings, spinning baskets, etc. There is plenty of room to run and play. There is a tennis court, basketball half court and a gravel running track (easy on the knees). There is a plethora of benches for sitting, picnic tables and trash cans. There is also a lot of shade from mature trees. No onsite restroom or port-o-john.

Solid place for families, nice loop for walking/jogging, and great basketball and tennis courts too. Basketball court is a half court with only one hoop, but it's a large concrete area that gets good sun, with benches surrounding it in shaded areas.

This park has a nice dirt track, two tennis courts, and a small kids playground. The part that I dont like is that they only have HALF of a basketball court here. So, two groups cannot play half court games at the same time, which is bad because the other group could be staying there for hours. Other than that the park is a nice place to hangout and exercise.
