I have nothing but great things to say about my first experience with Serente Spa! I have so many friends that come here that I was referred from and they weren't kidding! The treatment I came in for was a diamond dermal infusion, I was feeling really down about my skin because I suffer from cystic acne due to really bad PCOS and it kills my confidence. When I went in for a treatment my skin was the worst it's ever been, here I am 4 days later and my skin is almost 100% clear. I am floored by the results I see from this treatment. My skin is so much clearer and now I don't have to be embarrassed going to Super Bowl with extremely broken out skin.I've tried everything for my skin out of desperation and honestly I could sit here and cry I am so happy for the hope they have given me for my skin, I've been searching for years and this is all that has helped me.Lauren at the front desk was extremely helpful and after seeing her face I decided I wanted a diamond dermal infusion too because of how beautiful her skin was. Everyone is extremely sweet and I feel like family every time I walk in the doors, they never pressure you like a vast majority of other places I have visited.Lisa was a rock star, she performed my treatment and was very informative on things I can do to improve my skin. She clearly has a LOT of experience with skin care and she is a miracle worker, she made sure I was very comfortable throughout the process and I can tell she has a good heart and really could empathize with my skin problems I've been having for so long. She was patient, kept me informed on what she was doing and kept me very relaxed. I know this is long but I had to share my experience, I don't see myself going to any other spa, I like a place that makes me feel like I'm at home but also in my best interest and cared about.I'm thankful for this spa and their staff, there is no doubt I'll be back. I have been told from other friends that have been there that even the other treatments are amazing so I can't wait to try!
This place is wonderful! The staff is so friendly, professional and make you feel like family. Myself and friends have been coming to Serente for a few years, and each visit is great. I just got the Dermal Infusion treatment from Lisa and a massage from Tony. Both treatments were amazing. My skin feels so refreshed and new. Will be back soon!
